Mario, the host, was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed to start our holiday on the right foot. the location of the B&B was perfect, just a few minutes away from Roma Termini, making it easy for us to explore the city. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast provided by a lovely and helpful lady was amazing. Another huge plus was that Mario allowed us to leave our belongings in the B&B after check out. the location was excellent, close to both metro lines and within walking distance of major attractions. Thank you, Mario, for everything!

The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the fact that the room had a kettle and a fridge, making it convenient for us to enjoy hot drinks and store some snacks. The location was great, being close to both the main train station and the city center, making it easy for us to explore the city. The highlight of our stay was the lovely terrace, where we spent our evenings enjoying the warm Christmas atmosphere.
Although the sliding door in the bathroom was stylish, it was a bit difficult to open and close. the breakfast provided was a bit small, consisting only of a cup of coffee and a pastry.

The breakfast service was an absolute delight, with a lovely and friendly lady serving us. The outside terrace was enjoyable, although an additional umbrella for privacy would have been perfect. The location was conveniently close to all the tourist highlights, but the streets leading to the bed and breakfast were a bit crowded and unfortunately, I had an unfortunate encounter with pickpockets. However, the host provided a warm welcome and allowed us to check-in early. The room was modern, clean, and cozy, making us feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the presence of Netflix on the flat-screen TV was a pleasant surprise after a long day of exploring. Rosie, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and the overall location was perfect for us.

We stayed at Termini Terrace for three nights during our sightseeing trip to Rome. The hotel's proximity to Termini Station made traveling around the city incredibly convenient. The bed in our room was luxuriously comfortable, and the room itself was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. We also appreciated the helpfulness of Mario, our friendly host, who went out of his way to provide us with useful information. the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out allowed us to explore the city without any hassle. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staying at this place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient for exploring the city, and Mario was an amazing guide, showing us all the jaw-dropping sights. The room felt incredibly spacious and clean, with a cool vibe. We loved hanging out on the lovely roof terrace, and the nearby restaurant was a hidden gem. Meeting my son there was a breeze, thanks to the proximity to the station. The lady serving breakfast was so friendly, and even though there wasn't much service, we didn't mind at all. The outside terrace was a great place to relax, although an extra beach umbrella would have been nice for privacy. our stay was exceptional, with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, lift, and air conditioning. Can't wait to come back to this adults-only haven! Express check-in/-out and VIP treatment made us feel like VIPs ourselves. No pets allowed, but that was okay with us. Smoking was permitted in designated areas, if any.
